MUZIK will provide you an order confirmation and then a shipping tracking confirmation by your originally provided email.
Why can't I find my MUZIK order confirmation or shipping email?
- Please check your various emails in case you are not sure which one was used.
- Please also check your Spam folder as sometimes these emails initially are filtered there by your email service provider.
- If the MUZIK email ended up in your Spam folder, please ensure to note the email is not Spam and follow your email service providers instructions. Then, you may ensure MUZIK's emails do not continue to end up in your Spam folder.
As example, for Gmail:
Unmarking SPAM - Legitimate mail is marked as spam in Mail
- Select the "More" label, located on the right of your email.
- Select the "Spam" label.
- Select the message,
- Select the Not Spam button that appears at the top of your view.
- Unmarking a message as spam will automatically move it to your inbox.
- To find the message, select the "Inbox" label.
