As a part of our MUZIK family we want you to be excited about your purchase and enjoy your experience. We stand 100% behind our products. You may return your MUZIK product within 30 days of receipt of your order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase through Muzikconnect.com, please contact MUZIK Concierge Support by email email@example.com so they may assist you.
We will be happy to resolve any issues or refund you within our 30-day return policy.
If you have received your MUZIK headphones as a gift, you will need to provide proof of purchase.
Once MUZIK Concierge Support verifies your order and product information, they will provide you a free shipping label, return instructions and a RMA number.
For any product questions or issues outside the 30-day timeframe please contact MUZIK Concierge Support so they may assist you.
How to Return an Item
Once you have verified your return details, a MUZIK Concierge Support Specialist will provide you further details on your return or exchange. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with this packing slip.
We recommend using the original box and packaging or you may use an alternate box with protective packaging. You may either schedule a pick-up with the courier or drop off the package at any of the courier’s locations.
Once we receive and verify your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The refund is processed through your original, used payment (if you paid by credit or debit card, PayPal or AmazonPay). Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or order cancellation request.
Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account as banks may vary in their processing time.
Exchange an Item
If you purchased your product from MUZIK in the US and wish to request an exchange please contact MUZIK Concierge Support for assistance.
Items ordered online at muzikconnect.com that arrive damaged or are incorrect can be returned or exchanged by immediately contacting MUZIK Concierge Support.
